Kids Pumpkin Craft For Fall

Looking for a kid friendly craft for fall? How cute is this pumpkin?? Can you even believe that it is made from a dryer vent?

Just a few supplies needed:
- Pumpkin Orange Apple Barrel Paint (I used indoor/outdoor)
- E6000
- Dryer Vent (I cut mine to approximately 12 inches)
- Stick or something for a stem (I used an old furniture leg that I had)
- Glue gun
- Waverly Antique Wax (I used this to distress the pumpkin and make it “look” dirty
- Moss
- Raffia
- 4 Small Clothes Pins

Once painting is complete and dried, place E6000 on the edge of the dryer vent all the way around. Then go over the E6000 with hot glue. (work kinda fast so that the glue does not dry).
Once you have both the glue and E6000 then use the small clothes pins to keep the ends together overnight.
Once dry then remove the clothes pins and then add your stem and moss with hot glue. Tie some raffia into a bow similar to how a child ties their shoes. Make two bunny ears and then tie them together.
The last step is rub some antique wax over the pumpkin highlighting the rims of the dryer vent. That is it!
Your kids will be so proud to display their pumpkin!
Blessings to you and yours,
Vicki
